Hi Nikolai,

Text Report Error

I hadn't used the Text Report feature until tonight.I created a database of about 31,000 sounds and started playing around with more of the program's features. I ran a Text Report, and got a listing of the files. Clicking on the listing pane gave this error:

"Access violation at address 00404D48 in module 'ifoundasound.exe.' Read address of 081B4E7A."

The error box respawns every time I click to close it. If I click 'OK' it will seem to close one box, but reopens another. If I click in the dialog box, but not on 'OK,' it spawns a new (additional) box.

It also respawns the error when moving some other open windows on my desktop, although I may have been clicking the main GUI unknowingly.

Clicking the Close X in the Error Dialog box will close it. Repetitive clicks on X will close all the dialogs in turn, until they are all gone.

After all are closed, they respawn if I click anywhere on the program interface.

If I click the Close X on the main screen of the UI, the program exits properly.

(I guess this is why they call it beta.)

:)

I've tried to recreate the above error, with no success. I am able to create this huge report, change attributes, and do it again. No crashes. So, I guess the original problem was a one-of-a-kind?

Hmm.
If it happend once it can happen again.
Think maybe we'll just remove the whole windows showing the list, and just pop up the system default browser to show the results
