Wait and fade times

All actions can have a pre wait and a post wait.

These are set by clicking on the clock symbol on the action or in the action editor.

Pre wait determents the delay before the action is executed. all other actions will run as normal.
Post wait is the delay after the action is done before the next action is triggered.

Fade time is used to fade a parameter over time. Not all actions have fade times, only snapshot recalls, tempo changes etc.
