Setup

The first time you start LiveProfessor you have to make some settings.
First you need to select a ASIO driver.

Go to options and select ASIO "setup"

Select the audio card you want to use in the drop down menu.
if you don't have a ASIO card you can use the free ASIO4ALL driver.
Close this window and you are good to go.

Next you have to tell LiveProfessor where all you VST-plugins are.
In the main window go to options, and select Plugin Manage.

Click on the Add directory button and choose the folder containing you VST plugins. It's usually C:\Program Files\Steinberg\VSTplugins You can add as many folders as you like. Remove plugins by right clicking on them, and choose remove from the list. You can sort your plugins by right clicking on them and select 'Change category' You should now have a list of plugins and are ready to go.

Usage

To add a new effect go to 'Add Unit' and select the plugin you want.
